Gail and Kevin Ferrell, Co-Owners

Gail has been breeding doodles since 2004. She is one of the original doodle breeders in California and has established Gail’s Doodles as a well-known and reputable breeding program. She is an invaluable resource for the doodle community and has mentored many other breeders. Gail’s son, Kevin, has been involved with the business for years. He now works full time with the doodle business - Gail and Kevin are now partners and co-owners. Gail will eventually plan to semi-retire to spend more time with her grandchildren; Kevin plans to carry on the family business!

Tom and Gail Ferrell

Tom and Gail have been married since 1979. They grew up in Santa Clara, CA and are high school sweethearts. After moving to the central coast in 1984, they bought their home in Templeton in 1992. This beautiful ranch was just missing one thing- puppies! They started the doodle business in 2004. Gail is, and has always been, the heart and soul of Gail’s Doodles. Tom has built our beautiful facilities and is our resident maintenance/handy man…..we even let him take some breaks to play with puppies every once in a while.

Kevin and Taylor Ferrell

Kevin and his wife Taylor have been married since 2012. After college graduation, they followed careers to Austin, Texas. They have since returned to the Central Coast and will continue the legacy of Gail’s Doodles. Kevin runs and coordinates our daily operations and client communication. Taylor handles our website, social media, and is our primary puppy photographer. Kevin and Taylor are thrilled to carry forth the legacy of Gail’s Doodles.

Anderson Family

Kimberly is Gail’s oldest daughter. Along with her husband (Ryan) and four boys (Noah, James, Levi, and Elias), the Andersons are our primary puppy socializers. Our pups get lots of love, and it is great for them to be around kids. Kimberly and Ryan are also our primary delivery drivers when it comes time for pups to go to their forever homes. The Anderson family will occasionally raise a litter out of their home…..a kid’s dream!
